Masaya, Nicaragua · A Cupid Intimates company

Vertically integrated apparel manufacturing, built for scale.

We produce intimate apparel, activewear, medical wear and post-surgical garments from a single 16,000 m² facility — 3-D design and marker making through cutting, specialty bonding, sewing, quality assurance and export, all under one roof.

Who we are

Thirty years of apparel manufacturing in Masaya — backed by a house founded in 1942.

A&T Nicaragua, S.A. has manufactured for owned and private-label brands since 1995, as the production arm of Cupid Intimates.

Our plant runs a complete vertical process: 3-D design software and automated marker making, Tukatech, Gerber and laser cutting, three distinct sewing systems, patented silicone and sew-free bonding technologies, fabric molding, pad print and heat seal, then final quality control, packing and export documentation. Because every stage sits on one floor, engineering changes move from pattern to production line without leaving the building.

The result is a partner that can carry a style from concept through a validated, audit-ready production release — and hold it to the same standard at 1.5 million pieces a month.

Vertical integration

Every stage in-house, from 3-D pattern to sealed container.

Purpose-built technology at each step means fewer handoffs, tighter tolerances on complex constructions, and a single team accountable for the finished garment.

How we work

Four stages, with a validation gate at every handoff.

No style reaches a production line until its measurements, patterns and work methods have been proven three times over.

Quality assurance

Quality starts before the fabric is cut.

Every roll is relaxed, tested and verified before it reaches the spreading table. Our in-house lab runs tensile, colour and shade evaluation, and our auditors are certified to our customers' own standards.

  • Raw material testing — Zwick tensile testing, Datacolor readings, colour light evaluation boxes and Munsell colour testing.
  • Three-phase sew test — experimental, pre-sew and final sew test before any style is released to production.
  • Fitting & wear testing — fitting, wash-and-wear and put-and-down protocols on all production, owned brands included.
  • Certified auditors on site — including auditors and colourists certified to major retail and medical customer standards.

Track record

Programs that have run for a decade and more.

Our production supports a family of owned brands alongside private-label programs for leading U.S. retailers, national brands and medical-apparel companies — several of them for more than ten years.

That longevity is the point. Retail and medical customers audit us on their own standards, certify our auditors and colourists in their methods, and keep the business here because the quality indicators hold. References are available on request under NDA.

Some of our retail and brand programs have run continuously for over ten years.
